- OTP generation and verification
- Providing requested banking services

- Improving reliability, compatibility, and performance of the App
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell user personal data.
We do not use user data for advertising.
We do not share personal information with third parties except when necessary for:
- Providing the requested service
- Security and fraud prevention
- Compliance with legal, regulatory, or banking obligations
- Supporting regulated banking operations through authorized service providers or official systems
4. Data Storage and Retention
User data is retained only as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Some information may be processed temporarily within the App for authentication and transaction-related purposes.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of IIB Smart Mobile Banking services.
- The terms and conditions agreed upon by the customer (Individuals, companies, or joint accounts) when opening an account form an integral part of this Agreement.
- All transactions performed through e-banking services are legally binding on the customer. The customer is fully responsible for all activities performed on the account.
- The customer agrees to exercise caution when transferring funds and is responsible for the accuracy of beneficiary details such as name, account number, and IBAN.
- The customer must not disclose passwords and is fully responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. Any breach must be reported immediately to the Bank.
- For multi-currency transactions, the Bank’s exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply.
- The Bank may route transfers through correspondent banks, which may deduct fees as per applicable regulations.
- Transfers are subject to local and international regulations and may be delayed, suspended, or frozen in case of suspicion.
- Requests submitted outside official working hours are considered received on the next working day.
- Temporary unavailability of services due to system maintenance does not indicate service failure.
- Some transactions may not appear immediately in account statements.
- The Bank may deduct applicable fees directly from the customer account.
- Submission of a payment request does not guarantee execution. Bank records are considered final proof of transactions.
- The Bank is not liable for losses due to:
- Force majeure events (war, disasters, system failures)
- Customer negligence or device compromise
- Misuse of services
- Viruses or malware
- Incorrect beneficiary information
- Cancellation fees
- The Bank is not obligated to refund money in cases of:
- Incorrect transfers
- Customer mistakes
- Failed recovery of transactions
- The Bank may act on customer requests received electronically without additional confirmation.
- The Bank may refuse or suspend services without prior notice if deemed necessary.
- The Bank may take legal action in case of misuse or violation of laws.
- The Bank reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- The customer may terminate the service by written notice (10 working days in advance).
- The customer must follow all instructions provided by the Bank.
- The Bank may reject transactions due to insufficient balance or suspicion.
- Passwords are considered legally binding approval from the customer for all transactions.
